The proposed regulations require an organization to "empower following out of originators of information on its platform as required by legitimately approved government agencies".

The end-to-end encryption include in WhatsApp makes it hard for law authorization authorities to discover the offender behind a misinformation crusade.

The portable messaging platform has just called the proposed changes "overbroad", saying it undermined the privacy of the people.

The Facebook-possessed messaging application offers end-to-end encryption naturally which means just the sender and the beneficiary can see the texts available for use - not in any case WhatsApp.
